Operations Support Specialist Location: Louisville, KY (Full Time, In-Office Only) Department: Operations / Production Reports To: Production Manager Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to assist with day-to-day tasks across the operations team. This is a support-focused role designed to help keep projects moving by handling time-consuming, repetitive, and detail-driven work. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, working behind the scenes, and jumping in wherever help is needed. The role will support multiple areas of the team and may shift priorities daily based on workload. Operations Support SpecialistKey Responsibilities Quality Assurance & Task Support Perform basic quality checks on marketing materials before release Validate key details such as: Phone numbers URLs / QR codes General accuracy of content and formatting Follow simple checklists to ensure consistency and accuracy Operational & Administrative Support Assist with repetitive, time-consuming, and detail-oriented tasks across the team Support data entry, data cleanup, and general task execution Help maintain organization across projects and internal systems Step in to assist team members during high-volume periods or tight deadlines Campaign & Workflow Support Help track and update project statuses in tools like Asana Assist with basic campaign setup tasks and preparation Ensure tasks are moving through the workflow and flag delays when needed Gather missing information and follow up with internal teams Systems & Data Support Assist with uploading lists and updating basic information in tools such as: Pipedrive Mailjet Asana Perform routine data checks to ensure accuracy and completeness Identify issues or inconsistencies and elevate when needed Operations Support SpecialistQualifications Required Experience in an administrative, operations, or support role Strong attention to detail and ability to complete repetitive tasks accurately Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Positive attitude and willingness to support wherever needed Preferred Experience with project management tools or CRM systems Exposure to marketing, campaigns, or data-related tasks Experience following checklists or structured processes Benefits Competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
