Clinical Liaison (Marketing) We are seeking a dynamic and clinically experienced Clinical Liaison (Marketing) to join our growing, forward-thinking organization serving the Litchfield area. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven clinician who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building partnerships and driving census growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with local hospitals and healthcare providers Review referrals and clinical records to determine admission eligibility Conduct pre-admission clinical assessments and evaluate patient needs Collaborate with internal clinical and admissions teams to ensure smooth transitions of care Support strategic census development initiatives Qualifications Clinical background (RN, LPN, or related healthcare credential preferred) Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, or home health Strong understanding of referral processes and payer sources Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and manage a territory This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and expanding organization that values clinical excellence and professional growth.
