Program Manager I

Managing multiple projects within the F-35 Solutions product line, the full-time Program Manager I will coordinate planning, execution, and customer engagement while working in a hybrid environment that combines onsite and remote responsibilities. Key responsibilities Accountable for all aspects of program initiation, planning, and execution, ensuring program commitments are met Responsible for program execution, profitability, and timeliness while making cost-effective decisions Develop program/project plans that specify goals, staffing needs, schedule milestones, and risk management strategies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience or a Master's degree with 6 years of experience Active DoW Secret clearance with the ability to obtain DoW SAP Security clearances Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams Knowledge of life cycle management and defense contract types Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with effective communication abilities
