• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates sensitivity, understanding, and confidentiality when working with students of various backgrounds

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct care to students, including monitoring, administering medications, and managing medical needs
• Conduct health screenings and support preventative care initiatives within the school community
• Maintain accurate documentation of student visits, treatments, and health records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Serve as a liaison between families, school staff, and healthcare providers regarding student health plans
• Educate students and staff on topics such as hygiene, disease prevention, and general wellness
• Safeguard the physical and emotional well-being of students by identifying potential health or safety risks
