Guide customers through necessary and suggested maintenance with clarity and confidence. Provide transparent cost estimates for repairs and services, ensuring trust and satisfaction. What You’ll Need to Succeed: Customer-Focused Mindset: Excellent people skills and a passion for service. Experience Preferred: Automotive and customer service experience is a plus.
