Registered Nurse RN Pediatric

As a Registered Nurse at Methodist Children's Hospital, you’ll have staffing support, technology and resources to deliver safe, high‑quality care. Responsibilities Consistently apply the nursing process, critical thinking, scientific judgment, technical skills and leadership to independently deliver safe nursing care to patients. Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes. Provide communication, confidence and professionalism as evidenced by active engagement in unit and organizational activities. Demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and serve as a resource to the patient care team. Maintain accountability for delivering quality nursing care services and promoting a positive image of nursing. Qualifications Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS/CPR) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date. RN – Registered Nurse. Registered Nurse Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree.
