Schedule: Two-week rotating schedule • Week 1: Three 12-hour weekday shifts (36 hours) • Week 2: Two 12-hour weekday shifts plus 6 hours Saturday and 6 hours Sunday (36 hours) Rotation repeats every two weeks.

2 medical support staff

1 care coordinator handling prior authorizations and referrals
