Skills and attributes for success: Identify learning needs, coordinate training, track workforce skills, and support employee development through mentoring and upskilling initiatives. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements. Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives. Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency. Qualifications: Minimum of Recognized subject matter expert with exceptional expertise and leadership in the field. Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
