WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Description This role is responsible for completing key product processing, inventory control, replenishment, and warehousing activities at a support center warehouse. The Retail Ambassador performs general replenishment and warehouse duties to support retail operations. Responsibilities include loading, delivering, processing merchandise, replenishment, and order fulfillment. The individual must work cooperatively with associates and multiple teams, be self-motivated, and work effectively with minimal supervision. The role requires adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Job Activities Process merchandise for sale at retail locations. Pick and pack orders for delivery to retail stores. Maintain quality service by following established standards and procedures. Accurately pick products from storage areas according to pick lists. Safely pack products to prevent damage, breakage, or loss during delivery. Follow temperature-control and other safety requirements for fragile or sensitive products. Accurately enter and invoice products being shipped using computer systems. Organize orders in designated pickup areas for current and next-day deliveries. Clean and maintain organized storage and warehouse areas. Support general inventory and replenishment activities as needed. Work effectively with delivery vendors and warehouse personnel. Job Specifications Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities. Ability to learn and perform material-handling operations, methods, and procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build cooperative working relationships with warehouse teams and other employees. Strong customer service skills when interacting with delivery vendors. Ability to write clearly and accurately. Strong memory and ability to learn product locations, packing requirements, and standard/special-order merchandise. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to make routine decisions and resolve routine problems effectively. Qualifications High school diploma or GED . Basic high-school-level mathematics skills. Basic computer and keyboarding skills. Previous warehouse experience preferred. Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs. without accommodation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
