This individual serves as a subject matter expert and solution translator, partnering across Product, Sales, Implementation, Risk, and Legal teams to deliver client-ready solutions that are both competitive and operationally sound.This role is highly collaborative and client-facing, with a strong focus on complex RFPs, executive presentations, and global deal support. Success requires strong business acumen, executive communication skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity across regions and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport global corporate payment sales & RFPs – Lead and support complex global RFPs and client proposals by gathering inputs, validating product capabilities, and developing accurate, scalable responsesTranslate product into client solutions – Act as a liaison between product teams and client-facing teams, converting complex capabilities into clear, actionable solutionsDevelop & deliver client presentations – Build and deliver executive-level presentations for global prospects and clientsPartner across cross-functional stakeholders – Collaborate with sales, implementation, credit, legal, and risk teams to align on solution design and executionSupport global program execution – Coordinate inputs, dependencies, and feasibility considerations across global implementationsSolve complex, multi-region client challenges – Structure solutions that balance client needs, product capabilities, and regulatory requirementsMaintain product content & tools – Ensure global RFP databases, product collateral, and client materials remain current and alignedCore Skills & CapabilitiesBusiness AcumenExecutive communication & storytellingStakeholder influenceProblem solving & critical thinkingAttention to detail & risk awarenessTechnical translation & curiosityQualificationsExperience supporting external and internal clients, ideally in financial services or paymentsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage across senior audiencesAbility to work effectively across global, cross-functional teamsComfort navigating product systems, data, and integration concepts to support client discussions and solution designPreferred QualificationsExperience with global commercial card programs or payment solutionsExposure to multinational client environmentsFamiliarity with go-to-market strategies and implementation processesSecond language proficiency is a plusWhy This Role MattersAs global opportunities continue to grow in complexity across regions, products, and regulatory environments, this role ensures accurate product positioning, consistent client messaging, and scalable execution—directly contributing to improved win rates and successful client delivery.The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside of the location for the other days.
