Mortenson seeks an experienced Senior Product Engineering Leader to build and guide a high-performing product engineering org for BLUvera. You'll lead across the full lifecycle, from customer needs and front-end concepts to architecture, verification, certification, launch, and lifecycle improvements. You will establish the engineering operating system, drive capability growth, set direction, and ensure safety, compliance, manufacturability, and commercial success.
