Elevate your career by supporting students and staff across multiple K-12 school sites as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This full-time, contract opportunity allows you to make a meaningful difference across an entire district, providing expertise in both behavior and autism programs without managing a direct caseload. Based onsite and interacting closely with educators and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), you’ll contribute to student success and staff development in a collaborative environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Valid Colorado BCBA license and Colorado Department of Education (CDE) credentials required
- Proven ability to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Experience supervising RBTs and providing consultative support to school staff
- Previous K-12 educational experience preferred
- Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve district-wide across multiple school sites, responding to needs as assigned
- Guide and mentor staff within behavior and autism programs, ensuring best practices
- Complete FBAs and author effective BIPs to support student behavioral growth
- Supervise two RBTs, offering direction, mentorship, and performance feedback
- Foster collaborative relationships with teachers, administrators, and families
- Deliver in-person support only (remote/virtual work is not an option)
