What You'll Do
- Perform residential plumbing service, repair, and installation
- Install water heaters, plumbing fixtures, water treatment systems, and gas-fired appliances
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide homeowners with the best solutions
- Build strong customer relationships through exceptional communication and service
- Educate customers on repair and replacement options to help them make informed decisions
- Complete work safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable plumbing and gas codes
- Accurately document work performed using ServiceTitan
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle
- Work collaboratively with your team while maintaining a safe job site
Qualifications
Required
- Maine Master Plumber License
- Valid Maine Gas License
- Extensive residential service plumbing experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of state and local plumbing and gas codes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
- Propane Appliance Connection License
- EPA 608 Certification
- ServiceTitan experience
