How You’ll Drive Results

• Master the Sales Pipeline: Serving as the engaging, professional face of our community for prospective and current residents, you will own the full sales cycle from initial contact to keys-in-hand, converting digital leads and walk-ins into long-term residents. High-impact leasing and resident retention is your core focus.
• Drive Retention & Premium Resident Experience: Collaborate across property operations, maintenance, and marketing teams to deliver an exceptional resident journey that converts tours into leases and leases into long-term renewals.
• Meet or Exceed Occupancy Targets: Maintain peak occupancy, drive high conversion rates, and strategically secure lease renewals before units hit the turnover pipeline.
• Command the Market: Stay ahead of Dallas submarket trends, competitive comps, and pricing strategies to position our community as the top choice.

What Top Candidates Bring

• Proven Closing Power: 2+ years of high-volume leasing or sales experience in multifamily real estate with a demonstrated record of exceeding quotas.
• Cross-Functional Adaptability: Ability to collaborate across operational teams, proactively monitor occupancy and convert leads efficiently.
• Core Strengths: Dependability, adaptability, strong critical thinking, and proactive problem-solving.
• Sales Acumen: Exceptional persuasion, objection-handling, and closing capabilities.
• Bilingual Edge: Fluency in Spanish and English is a major asset for maximizing market coverage.
• Tech & Digital Savvy: Proficiency in modern property management and CRM software (Yardi, RealPage, RentManager or Entrata), MS 365, and Google Workspace. Experience leveraging digital marketing/social ads to drive prospect traffic is a strong advantage.
• Drive & Flexibility: Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, with a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the flexibility for weekend scheduling.
