Amusements Team Lead Seasonal Part Time New Orleans, LA, US 1 Attachments 8 days ago Requisition ID: 1198 Salary: $16.00 Annually Summary : The Amusements Team Lead is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of Carousel Gardens and Storyland. The primary role of the position is to facilitate a safe and pleasant experience for all guests who come to the park. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned Serve as guest first point of contact for the Amusement Park/Storyland Respond to customer concerns and provide excellent customer service during all interactions. Ensure all rides are properly and adequately staffed. Ensure a safe experience for all guests. Open and/or close the facility as required by the schedule. Monitor and ensure satisfactory conditions and cleanliness of the entire facility. Monitor condition and level of inventory and equipment. Ensure that all labor and safety guidelines are being adhered to, during park operation. Responding to,facilitatingand/orassistingwith park safety incidents as a representative of management. Ensure that all staff are following policies and procedures. Fill in as ride operator when necessary. Assistwith the setup, operation, and breakdown ofspecial eventsand seasonal activities within the AttractionsDepartment. Other duties as assigned.
