Salary Range: $125,000–$195,000

Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law 100 law firm , is seeking an experienced Healthcare Litigation Attorney to join its Denver practice. This opportunity offers substantive responsibility across complex healthcare litigation matters, with direct client interaction and hands-on experience throughout the litigation process.

What You'll Work On:

• Handle healthcare-related litigation matters through all phases of litigation

• Draft, brief, and argue substantive motions

• Take and defend depositions

• Lead written discovery efforts

• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy

• Prepare for and appear at hearings

• Assist with trial preparation and participate in trials

• Work directly with clients throughout the litigation process

• Manage assignments and matters with increasing independence

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of litigation experience

• Healthcare litigation experience preferred

• Experience briefing and arguing motions required

• Experience taking and defending depositions required

• Experience leading written discovery required

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

• Excellent oral advocacy and persuasive communication abilities

• Ability to handle assignments with minimal supervision

• Strong academic credentials

• Trial experience preferred, but not required

• Active Colorado Bar admission required
