About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Full Time Early Childhood Daycare Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where young children can learn and grow. You will partner with families to support each child's unique development and build a strong foundation for their lifelong education.

• Create and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum for young children
• Observe and assess children's behavior and developmental progress, and communicate this information to parents and other staff members as needed
• Foster positive relationships with children and their families, and maintain open communication with parents and caregivers
• Ensure that all health and safety guidelines are followed at all times
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Pass a background screening
• Experience in a childcare setting
• Have a positive and reliable work ethic
• Be able to work a flexible schedule
• Have a PASSION for working with children
• Have a good and positive attitude
