Senior Brand Manager

An established wine and spirits company is seeking a Senior Brand Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, hands‑on marketer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about building iconic consumer brands.

Reporting into senior marketing leadership, you'll own brand strategy, innovation, integrated marketing campaigns, commercial analytics and cross-functional execution while leading a small team and partnering closely with sales, finance, digital, creative and executive leadership.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute annual brand strategies and business plans to drive growth and market share.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, trade marketing, events and shopper marketing.
• Analyze syndicated and consumer data to identify trends, optimize performance and influence business decisions.
• Manage the full marketing mix, including pricing, promotions, packaging, innovation, creative development and portfolio strategy.
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, finance, operations, digital marketing, trade marketing and external agency partners.
• Lead, coach and develop a team while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
• Present recommendations and performance updates to executive leadership and commercial teams.
• Drive product innovation and help shape the future direction of an established consumer brand.

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years of brand marketing experience within wine, spirits or beverage alcohol (strongly preferred).
• Experience leading consumer brands with demonstrated career progression.
• Prior people management experience with a passion for coaching and developing talent.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing marketing budgets and using data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive presence.
• Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute.
• Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and collaborative environment.
