Job DescriptionJob DescriptionVishka Medspa 3801 N Fairfax dr #31 A, Arlington VA 22203ESTHETICIAN EMPLOYMENT TERMSPosition: Licensed Esthetician /Master EstheticianEmployment Type: Full-Time / Part-TimeResponsibilities:Provide professional facials, skincare treatments, and other services within the scope of licensure.Perform client consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products.Maintain a clean, sanitary, and professional treatment environment.Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.Follow all Medical Spa policies, treatment protocols, and applicable state regulations.Compensation:Flat Rate: $25_35 per hour.Service Commission: 10% on eligible services personally performed.Retail Commission: 10% on eligible retail product sales.Tips are paid separately according to the Medical Spa’s tipping policy.Commissions are paid according to the regular payroll schedule.Requirements:Valid state Esthetician license.Professional appearance and conduct.Reliable attendance and punctuality.Strong communication and customer-service skills.Previous Medical Spa or aesthetic experience preferred VISHKA MEDSPA
