Position Overview

The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overall restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. This includes meeting service standards, directing daily operations, achieving sales and profit objectives, and maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation. The RGM prepares operational reports, identifies unfavorable trends, implements corrective action plans, and develops and executes local marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct restaurant operations to meet or exceed sales, profit, and guest-experience goals
• Lead, coach, and develop management and hourly team members
• Uphold the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and sanitation
• Prepare operational reports and implement action plans to address financial or sales shortfalls
• Develop and execute marketing plans that drive traffic and brand awareness
• Serve as a brand ambassador while modeling guest-focused leadership, honesty, and integrity

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of high-volume restaurant management experience (Fast Casual preferred)
