Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Window Tint Contractor to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who specializes in automotive tint, commercial/residential tint, or both. You will work on a project basis with flexibility and independence while representing a reputable and fast-growing brand.

Compensation:

• Earn 20%–25% per job, depending on the project scope, complexity, and type (automotive vs. commercial)

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality window tint installations on vehicles and/or commercial properties
• Ensure clean, precise application with attention to detail
• Maintain a professional appearance and customer interaction
• Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines
• Communicate clearly with management regarding scheduling and job status

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive and/or commercial window tinting
• Ability to work independently as a contractor
• Own tools and equipment preferred (or discuss availability)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Professional attitude and communication skills

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience with PPF or vinyl wraps
• Existing client base or portfolio of work
