Whether you're experienced in automotive sales or brandnew to the industry, we provide all the tools, training, and support you need to ramp up quickly and succeed.

This is an entrylevel Sales Representative role with clear pathways for career advancement and longterm growth. Our fun and interactive paid training program will teach you our product lineup, modern sales process, and how we build customers for life. Our sales team uses a consultative, customerfirst approach and with our flexible pay plans and hightraffic environment, you will enjoy truly unlimited earning potential.

Candidates with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or any clientfacing role are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Build strong customer relationships and create customers for life
Assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking questions and understanding their needs
Become an expert in product features, packages, and technology
Conduct professional, high-quality demonstrations
Work all showroom and online leads for maximum sales performance
Follow up with buyers to generate repeat and referral business
Overcome objections and excel in sales situations
Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding performance and goals

Qualifications

Ability to work evenings and weekends
Previous sales experience preferred
Strong motivation for financial success
Professional communication and appearance
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid instate drivers license and active auto insurance
Clean driving record
