Client Support Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a full-time, in-office role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, thrives in a small office environment, and is eager to contribute to a growing e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional phone and email-based customer service
Educate customers on product offerings and benefits, particularly custom floor mat solutions
Support online sales through order entry, processing, and follow-up
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely production and delivery
Manage shipment tracking and logistics
Maintain accurate sales data and records
Assist with general administrative and office tasks as needed

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional phone presence and email etiquette
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment
Previous office or e-commerce experience is a plus, but not required
