POSITION SUMMARY: Communicates with and assists servers to maintain service efficiency and guest satisfaction. Maintains cleanliness of and restocks front-of-the-house service stations; practices on-going table maintenance for all guests. Employee Benefits
- Weekly Pay
- Health, Dental & Vision - for full time employees after 30 days of employment
- Company pays a portion of elected coverage
- Vacation Pay - up to 80 hours for full time employees (annually)
- After 6 months - 5 days
- After 1 year - Additional 5 days
- 10 days max
- Tipped employees vacation rate - $10.00 per hour
- Employee Meal Discount - 40% off while working / employee + 1 guest while dining
- Employee of the month - for FOH & BOH - $100 each
- Employee Discounts - on travel, hotels, car rentals and more through LifeMart via ADP account.
