Quality Inspector – Join a High‑Precision, High‑Growth Team
We're looking for a detail‑driven Quality Inspector to support incoming material checks, in‑process inspections, and final part audits. You'll work closely with molding, machining, and assembly teams to identify non‑conformances and ensure every part meets customer specifications. Most of your day will involve visual inspection and using precision tools like calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and optical comparators.
What You'll Do
- Inspect incoming materials and verify accuracy
- Perform in‑process and final audits
- Identify non‑conformances with molding, machining, and assembly teams
- Validate first‑article templates
- Use precision tools to confirm parts meet specifications
What You Need
- Experience with calipers, micrometers, and blueprint reading
- Experience in plastic injection molding
- 6+ months of visual quality inspection
- 1+ year in plastics (inspection or machine operation)
- 1+ year working independently in quality control
Nice to Have
- Ability to stand/walk a full shift and lift up to 55 lbs
- Strong hand‑eye coordination for small‑component handling

Work Environment

- Small, close‑knit team of ~15 people
- 1st & 2nd shift options:
- 5:45 AM – 6:00 PM
- 5:45 PM – 6:00 AM
- Monday–Thursday
Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Blaine, MN.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
