Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM) | 4 x 10-Hour Shifts | 40 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care within an orthopedic-focused operating room environment
• Support orthopedic, joint, and neurosurgical procedures throughout the surgical continuum
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes during procedures
• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties as required by the OR team
• Maintain accurate intraoperative documentation and adhere to sterile technique standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Demonstrated experience in an operating room setting
• Strong orthopedic surgical nursing skills, including joint procedures
• Experience supporting neurosurgical cases
• Ability to work 10-hour day shifts on a 4-day-per-week schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CNOR certification or equivalent perioperative nursing credential
• Experience with a high-volume orthopedic and neuro OR caseload
• Familiarity with orthopedic instrumentation and implant systems
