Shipping Specialist:
This role involves handling long-format products (up to 26 feet) , requiring precision in packing, machinery operation, and inventory management. You will be the final point of quality control before our products reach the customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Specialized Packing: Securely box and wrap products using foam, plastic, and protective buffers to ensure zero damage during transit.
- Machine Operation: Efficiently operate automated shrink-wrap machinery and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Inventory & Rack Management: Organize and store oversized crates on industrial racks; pull and stage orders accurately for freight pickups.
- Logistics & Delivery: Assist in the loading/unloading of freight trucks.
- Quality Assurance: Verify that incoming and outgoing products perfectly match purchase orders and manifests.
- Cross-Department Support: Maintain a flexible "team-first" attitude with a willingness to cross-train in production or other departments as needed.
