Quality Inspector

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to ensure products meet company and customer quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. This role is responsible for conducting inspections, verifying documentation, supporting production teams, and ensuring compliance with quality procedures. Responsibilities Perform in-process and final product inspections Verify production inspections and quality checks are completed accurately Ensure materials, load tags, and packing lists are properly identified and documented Conduct routine audits and facility walk-throughs to verify compliance with quality procedures Support corrective and preventative action processes Promote quality standards and assist with employee training as needed Maintain accurate inspection records and reports Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 1–2 years of quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read and interpret procedures, specifications, and work instructions Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Basic math skills, including percentages and measurements Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing software systems Strong communication and organizational skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Frequent reaching, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 30 lbs Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around moving equipment Why Apply?
