WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Blue Seal Retail, LLC, a member of the KENT WORLDWIDE™ family of companies, has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Associate at our Litchfield, CT store. This full-time position is ideal for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in supporting efficient warehouse operations and exceptional customer service. Weekend availability is required. We also offer a generous employee discount!
- This position is designed and intended to be performed in Litchfield, CT.
- Loading and unloading bagged feeds and related products to our customers, both commercial and private
- Ability to safely operate a hand truck and a fork truck
- Operate all equipment and vehicle in a safe manner and obey all safety rules
- Receive and accurately load and rotate product
- Maintain the warehouse and loading areas in a neat and orderly fashion
- Report any safety concerns while performing essential duties
- Other duties as assigned by Store Management
- Ability to lift 55 lbs. to a height of 50 inches
- Demonstrate a consistent track record of employment
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen
- Effective communication
- Willingness to learn and grow
