Store Leader – Gas Station
Eau Claire, WI
We are actively seeking an experienced Store Leader to direct our high-volume gas station operations. We need strategic, career-driven management professionals to guide our gas station team through this period of unprecedented growth. If you have a proven track record in restaurant management and want a clear path to multi-unit leadership, we have the infrastructure and operational support to get you there, Eau Claire, WI.
Core Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Oversee complete P&L accountability, managing food cost, labor matrices, and operating expenses to meet and exceed strict financial targets.
- Operational Excellence: Direct both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
- Team Development: Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing management and hourly team. You will implement our standardized training programs to reduce turnover and build a pipeline of future leaders.
- Guest Experience: Analyze daily guest satisfaction metrics and implement immediate solutions to elevate the dining experience and drive repeat business.
Professional Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive management experience in high-volume, full-service, or fast-casual restaurant environments.
- Demonstrated ability to read, analyze, and act upon complex financial reports and P&L statements.
- Strong background in inventory control, labor scheduling, and performance management.
- ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
