Assistant Store Manager (Frontgate Mktg)

What You'll Do Perform a variety of operational activities including scheduling, inventory management, backroom organization and store maintenance. Experience with 'Division of Responsibility' understanding, competent in merchandise flow processes, including inspecting and receiving new merchandise and entering data into inventory management system. Manage the performance of the associates and provide feedback. Assure all back areas meet company standards of cleanliness and a safe work environment. Perform store opening, closing, and banking activities. What You'll Bring 3+ years of shipping and receiving management experience in specialty retail industry. Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, Workday, Kronos, and POS Systems. Lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50 lbs. Availability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
