With autonomy, you’ll drive efficient, effective, and continually improving pharmacy operations, while being a part of a global organization dedicated to innovation in medication management.Provide exceptional and personalized patient care and pharmacy consulting services; advise and guide with empathy, confidentiality, and diligenceBuild effective relationships with local physicians and medical community to ensure accurate and safe dispensing of medication to patientsBusiness acumen and leadership; own pharmacy operations and embrace continual improvement, learning, and leading to provide the best possible patient care and empower the pharmacy team’s developmentStay informed of regulations, retail pharmacy best practices, and knowledge of specialty diseases such as Autoimmune, Oncology, Hepatitis C, HIV, and moreClinical oversight and industry innovation; committee member participation as Omnicell leads innovation in medication management and elevates the roles of the pharmacist in healthcareThe above information describes the general nature and level of work performed in the role. The full job description can be made available as part of the hiring process.What You’ll BringBasic Qualifications:Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacySuccessful completion of New York state pharmacy board examinationPharmacist license current and in good standing in New YorkUp-to-date on all continuing education requirementsThree (3) years of experience in the practice of pharmacyPreferred Qualifications:Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in pharmacy managementSpecialty pharmacy experienceWork Environment and Physical Demands:This position is moderately active and requires standing, walking, and other movement for the duration of the shift and lifting up to 25 poundsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hearAbility to see distinctions in colors and shapesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functionsDrug Screen: RequiredBase Compensation: $150,000.00 to $170,000.00(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as location, education, experience, and skillset.
