Class A Commercial Driver Entry Level
$1,770 per week365 Freight USA
Job Description
Job Description
Are you looking for consistent miles, newer equipment, and home time you can count on? 365 Freight USA is expanding its fleet operations from Allentown, Pennsylvania, across the Eastern U.S. corridor east of I-35. We are hiring safety-focused Class A CDL professionals who want a reliable career, not just another driving job. With 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking, and comprehensive benefits, we support our drivers both on the road and at home.
We believe in full pay transparency and rewarding hard work.
- Guaranteed income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or $92,000 annually.
- Base rate: $0.55 per mile for all miles, loaded and empty.
- Accessorial pay: $20 per hour for detention starting after two hours, plus layover and breakdown compensation.
- Sign-on bonus: $1,500, paid over three months.
- Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning after 30 days.
- Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.
The position offers predictable regional lanes east of I-35, with weekly home time and a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset. Drivers are assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors under a strict no-slip-seating policy. All tractors are equipped with APUs, 1,500-watt inverters, and factory-installed refrigerators.
- Freight type: 100% no-touch freight and drop-and-hook.
- Pet and passenger programs: Supported from the first day.
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- Driving record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and active DOT Medical Card.
- Experienced route: At least three months of verifiable over-the-road or regional tractor-trailer experience.
- Entry-level route: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to six weeks of paid on-the-job training is available with a dedicated mentor, along with full tuition reimbursement of up to $6,000.
Stop gambling your paycheck on unpredictable miles and unpaid warehouse delays. Join a team that respects your time and supports you both on the road and at home.
