Job Details Title: Project Engineer Job ID: 16177 Position Type: Contract to Hire Location: Chelmsford, MA Work Schedule: 4/10A-1st Shift Hourly Rate: $60.00 – $67.00 (W2 hourly contract only) Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required W2 hourly contract only with possible extension, no 1099, no third parties, no C2C. No exceptions. Secret clearance required. Requirements Education and Experience: Active Secret Clearance Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of experience or a Master's with 1-3 years Experience building relationships across functional teams Microsoft Office experience SAP experience is a plus 3+ years of Project Management experience Desired skills: Project Management proficiency and experience with Earned Value Measurement (EVMS) Experience working in a defense company with engineering or manufacturing background Experience building relationships and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders DFARS experience is a plus Responsibilities You will serve as a Project Engineer, supporting the Integration & Test Equipment (IT&E) Department. In this role you will plan, organize, track, and report on activities for Advanced Programs (AP). Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Serving as the Control Account Manager (CAM) for Advanced Programs Maintaining and updating the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring alignment with milestones and resource plans Acting as the primary material procurement liaison for Advanced Programs, overseeing requisitions, receipt verification, and kitting operations Identifying and driving continuous process improvement initiatives that boost project execution, efficiency, and improve documentation quality Coordinating planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within assigned responsibility area Rates listed are not a guarantee of salary/rate.
