Job Description

We are hiring motivated Collections Agents (Remote - Texas Only) to handle telephone-based collections for auto insurance claims. This role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls professionally.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in collections, sales, telemarketing, or customer service
Strong communication and negotiation skills (bilingual is a plus)
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Professional handling of difficult conversations
Flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to recover auto insurance claim funds
Negotiate payment arrangements
Document and track collection activity
Review and resolve complex claims
Work with internal teams and assist with arbitration
Ensure compliance with laws and company policies

Requirements

Windows 11 laptop
