Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a dynamic and collaborative legal team. This role brings hands-on experience supporting attorneys throughout the entire litigation lifecycle from case inception through trial and post-trial.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cases from pre-litigation through trial and resolution, including maintaining case calendars and deadlines
• Draft, format, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence in state and federal courts
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of discovery, including document collection, review, and production
• Prepare interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission, and assist with responses
• Conduct legal research, fact investigation, and case analysis
• Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and evidence, including use of document management systems
• Prepare for and assist with depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Manage trial preparation, including assembling trial binders, exhibits, witness files, and courtroom logistics
• Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel in a professional manner

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience (defense preferred)
• Proven experience supporting cases through trial
• Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules and procedures
• Experience with e-filing systems
• Proficiency with legal software and document review platforms (Relativity, Everlaw, or similar)
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred
