General Production - Blender II/Cook - 1st shift

Production Operator Opportunity

Shift: 5:30 AM-3:30 PM Hourly Rate: $19.49 an hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday and occasional Friday's, as needed | 4-day work week. Schedule 5:30am 3:30pm

Starting Pay: $19.49/hour

A Taste of What You'll Do:

• Operate a variety of production machines and equipment.
• Follow lock out tag out procedures
• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Supply production lines to maintain continuous product flow.
• Perform product quality checks to ensure our products meet consumer and company standards.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety and OSHA requirements.

Ingredients for Success:

• Machine Operator experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting boxes up to 40+ pounds, climbing stairs, and frequent use of hands and arms.
• Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with large machinery, moving parts, and noise.
• Commitment to safety PPE is provided, including ear protection.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet production demand.

Physical Requirements: Depending on the role, physical and environmental requirements may vary but can include: Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time. Performing consistent repetitive tasks. Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials. Also be aware that in a manufacturing environment, the noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary.
