Location: Charlotte, NC Area (Hybrid - 4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote)

Compensation: $25-$28/hour

Duration: 4-6 Month Contract

Position Overview

\n

Our client is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support its Talent Acquisition team at corporate headquarters. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, supporting hiring initiatives, and overseeing pre-employment activities.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Schedule and coordinate interviews for salaried positions across multiple locations.
\n
• Partner with hiring managers to manage interview logistics and calendars.
\n
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, hiring timelines, and next steps.
\n
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.
\n
• Post job openings on job boards and within the applicant tracking system.
\n
• Support recruiting events, career fairs, and hiring initiatives.
\n
• Coordinate with external recruiting agencies throughout the hiring process.
\n
• Ensure recruiting trackers and candidate pipelines remain updated and organized.
\n
• Initiate and track background checks, drug screens, physicals, and other pre-employment requirements.
\n
• Monitor candidate onboarding documentation and hiring requirements.
\n
• Maintain confidential candidate and employment records.
\n
• Support compliance with company hiring policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Required

• 1+ year of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, HR, or administrative recruiting functions.
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
\n
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
\n
• Professional presence with a strong sense of urgency and customer service.
\n

• Experience supporting recruiting efforts in a manufacturing, industrial, or corporate environment.
\n
• Experience working with external recruiting agencies.
\n
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting processes.
\n
• Experience coordinating background checks and onboarding activities.
