Full benefits for full-time only. Primary Responsibilities Evaluate client function and mobility through in-home assessments. Design and implement patient-specific rehabilitation strategies. Provide hands-on therapy, exercise instruction, and equipment recommendations. Collaborate with nurses, aides, and family caregivers. Requirements Current MN license as a Physical Therapist. New Grads considered but prefer minimum one year experience. Must want to work in homecare. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel. Home health experience preferred , but outpatient/inpatient backgrounds are welcome. Passion for client-centered rehabilitation. Must work one weekend (Saturday & Sunday) per month.
