Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Indiana SLP license and current DOE certification required
• SLP-CCC credentials preferred, as well as prior experience in school-based settings
• Strong skills in test administration, assessment, and individualized education planning
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities for working with staff, students, and families
• Enthusiasm for fostering students’ development and success

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students across K-12 caseloads
• Conduct formal assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and aid in the development of individualized educational plans
• Consult and collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to achieve student goals
• Maintain accurate records and document student progress in accordance with district policies
• Remain up-to-date with evidence-based practices and compliance requirements
