Hallmark Healthcare of Pekin is seeking a dependable and compassionate Transportation Driver to join our growing team! CNA certification is preferred but not required - and if you're interested in becoming certified, we'll help cover the cost of your CNA training!

Your Role:

Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments
Treat residents with dignity, respect, and compassion
Assist nursing staff with resident care needs when needed
Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts
Ensure resident safety and comfort during transportation
Complete additional assigned duties in a team-focused environment
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Who We're Looking For:

Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Dependable, organized, and flexible team player
Comfortable using Outlook and Microsoft Office
Available for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Strong communication and attention-to-detail skills
CNA certification preferred but not required
Passionate about helping seniors and supporting resident care
