Qualifications

Education:

• Required: Bachelor degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from an accredited program.
• Required: BS in Medical Laboratory Technology

Work Experience:

• Required: Internship in a hospital laboratory.
• Preferred: 2 years practical experience

Licensure/Certifications/Registrations:

• Required: Successful completion of the registration exam of a nationally recognized licensing agency, i.e. ASCP, NCA, ASCLT;

Other Skills/Knowledge:

• Must have excellent analytical skills, be able to work under pressure; must be detail oriented and organized. Must have good manual dexterity and good color vision.
