Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security‑related incidents, and support a welcoming atmosphere through strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule DayTime: Tue 03:00 PM - 01:00 AM; Wed 03:00 PM - 01:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to visitors, associates, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location. Respond to incidents, policy concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor foot traffic, access points, and high‑activity areas to help deter theft‑related behavior, disturbances, and/or trespassing while maintaining a professional presence. Support retail operations by assisting with closing procedures, checking restricted areas, and reporting maintenance, hazard, and/or operational concerns to the appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
