HeplerBroom LLC is seeking a reliable, energetic, detail oriented and flexible team member to complete our Office Support Center team in our Edwardsville, IL office!!

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong interpersonal and organization skills
• Proficient in:
  • Microsoft office programs such as word, power point and excel
  • Adobe programs and/or KoFax PDF
• Ability to manage multiple task and changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to meet deadlines and complete all projects in a timely manner.
• Good problem-solving skills, with the ability and understanding of when to escalate a problem to a supervisory level.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must work well in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be self-motivated with positive can-do attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift to 25 lbs.

Job Responsibilities will include:

• Operate postage machine, organize firm faxes
• Complete scanning and copying projects
• Deliver mail to other buildings and within the building and court house
• Setting and cleaning up conference rooms and common areas
• Reception coverage is required
• Data management
