Restoration Project Manager

This range is provided by TRC Talent Solutions. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Our client, a natural disaster restoration company, is looking for a Project Manager to join their team. This person would focus on commercial building estimation and restoration. This is a direct hire role with heavy travel required. Responsibilities: Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of a project; estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation. Manages multiple projects at one time. Prepares accurate and complete project estimates and proposals. Organizes, plans, and manages multiple activities to accomplish desired results. Facilitates necessary paperwork and payment with property owners. Determines which portions of the job will be produced internally and which will be subcontracted. Analyzes job specifications, architectural drawings, blueprints, and supporting documents to determine and calculate quantities of materials specified for projects. Delivers focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
