Account Delivery Head – Director Level We are looking for an experienced Account Delivery Head – Director level to lead end‑to‑end delivery for strategic CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) accounts in the Data Engineering and Analytics space. The ideal candidate should be a hands‑on leader with deep technical knowledge of modern data platforms, strong client management skills, and proven expertise in managing P&L and driving margin improvements across large delivery engagements. Experience working with global CPG clients, digital transformation programs, and data‑driven consumer/business initiatives is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Account Delivery Leadership Own overall delivery for one or more large strategic CPG accounts in the Data Engineering/Analytics domain. Ensure successful execution of programs/projects by meeting timelines, quality standards, and client expectations. Drive governance with internal and client stakeholders and ensure transparency and issue resolution. P&L and Margin Management Own account‑level P&L; ensure topline growth and margin expansion. Identify levers for cost optimization, pyramid balancing, and location strategy. Track and manage budgets, forecasts, utilization, and delivery metrics. Stakeholder and Client Engagement Build and nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders (business, IT, procurement, and CXOs) within the CPG domain. Act as a strategic advisor, driving discussions around consumer analytics, supply chain analytics, trade promotions, digital commerce, and marketing analytics. Partner with sales and presales teams to support mining, renewals, and new business opportunities. People and Practice Leadership Lead and mentor delivery managers, architects, and data engineers across geographies. Foster a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous learning. Collaborate with the CoE and practice teams for talent development and technology innovation. Technical Excellence Bring deep understanding of modern data architecture (cloud data platforms, data lakes, streaming, ELT/ETL, etc.). Guide and review solution design and architecture for complex data programs, especially CPG‑specific data solutions (consumer insights, demand forecasting, pricing & promotions, omni‑channel analytics, etc.). Stay current with trends in GenAI, cloud‑native platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and modern data stacks. Required Skills & Qualifications 16+ years of total experience, with at least 5+ years in account delivery leadership roles. Strong experience in delivering data engineering, data platform modernization, and analytics programs. Prior experience managing delivery for CPG clients or CPG‑focused analytics/technology programs is mandatory. Solid understanding of cloud technologies (Azure/AWS/GCP), Big Data, and ELT/ETL tools (Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, Kafka, etc.). Proven track record of managing large onsite/offshore teams with responsibility for P&L. Excellent client‑facing skills, including stakeholder management and executive presence. Strong problem‑solving, program management, and organizational skills. Engineering or technical degree; MBA is a plus. Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have) Cloud certifications (Azure Data Engineer, AWS Big Data Specialty, GCP Data Engineer). PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certifications.
