Job Title: Delivery Driver & Warehouse Assistant
Location: Brockton, MA
Hours: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
Position Overview
Ockers Technologies is seeking a reliable and hardworking Delivery Driver & Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This position operates daily out of our Brockton headquarters and supports both delivery operations and warehouse functions.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Operations
- Follow daily delivery schedules provided by the dispatcher.
- Deliver packages and equipment to customer sites throughout New England.
- Provide documentation to dispatcher for proof of delivery.
- Operate a 26 box truck safely and efficiently.
- Use lift gates, pallet jacks, and forklifts to load and unload materials.
- Travel outside of New England for multi-day special deliveries and projects as needed (company covers logistics, hotels, fuel, per diem, and related expenses).
Warehouse Support
- Report to the Warehouse Manager when not scheduled for deliveries.
- Assist with order allocation and staging.
- Move and organize inventory using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Perform heavy lifting as required.
- Handle disposal and recycling of technology equipment.
Fleet Support
- Assist the Fleet Coordinator with vehicle-related needs.
- Drive box trucks for maintenance appointments.
- Transport and shuffle vehicles to and from repair facilities.
Requirements
- Valid DOT license.
- Experience operating a 26 box truck.
- Proficiency with lift gates, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical labor.
- Willingness to travel for multi-day assignments when required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and flexibility.
