Controls Engineer

Payrate: $50.00 - $51.00/hr. Summary: This role contributes to the work group by enhancing problem‑solving capabilities, addressing overlooked tasks, and bringing additional expertise to mentor associate engineers. It offers an opportunity to develop controls engineering standards for Mapleton and work on cutting‑edge foundry automation. Responsibilities Elevated fault recovery Controls system documentation Firmware/software upgrades Project support Lead engineer on small- to medium‑sized projects Daily interaction with the team and active participation in team meetings Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience required Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience, or 7 years without a degree Comparable titles: Controls Engineer, Automation Engineer Allen‑Bradley PLC programming HMI programming Fanuc robotic programming Control systems engineering knowledge Functional machine safety design, implementation, and integration (desired) Communication Critical thinking Collaboration Pay Transparency & Benefits The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $50.00 - $51.00/hour. Non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
