Take full ownership of operational processes – lead initiatives, track performance, and constantly improve. Tackle customer challenges head‑on with empathy, accuracy, and speed – especially when things get messy. Spot inefficiencies and drive the change needed to bring the operation towards success – map, document, and optimize how things get done.
