School Speech Language Pathologist - San Antonio, TX

Take your Speech-Language Pathology expertise into a dynamic school environment, making a real impact on student communication and development. We're seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) for a full-time, contract assignment based in the San Antonio area. Support a diverse student population across elementary, middle, and high school levels, and contribute to their growth and confidence through tailored intervention and assessment.


Both seasoned SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are welcome-supervision will be provided to support CFY professional development.


Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (submit proof upon application)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFYs considered with mentorship
• Experience working with K-12 students a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to complete fingerprinting/background check as part of onboarding
• Commitment to fostering inclusivity and positive student outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students (caseload and specific site assigned post-interview)
• Screen, assess, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students identified with speech or language needs
• Coordinate with teachers, families, and other specialists to maximize student progress
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies within the school setting
• Maintain accurate documentation on student performance and progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, intervention planning, and staff collaboration sessions
